Adobe Flash Player 10.1.102

I have to download this every time I start up the computer.  Previously I didnt.  Have had a look at the suggestions, but the abbreviations confuse me, am not an IT person really.  Any simple clues for me to try?

    To help troubleshoot we'll need the following system information:

    I'm going to guess you're using a Mac PPC, in which case are you visiting a website when you get prompted to update?  What does the message say, if possible please provide a screenshot.

    Hallo Chris, I have Windows 7, so not a Mac. I just wanted to look at something sent on Hotmail from American Express, and again it has come u with the same message. Very time consuming, as I have to close all other windows before it will load. Sorry, screenshots are something I havnt ever done, but later on will copy down the message again. Sorry to be so unhelpful.Thanks, Natalie
