Adobe Flash Player 11.9 r900 has stopped working

Hi guys,

I see that I have the same problem as others who posted on this forum, Everytime I try to open a website in Firefox I get a message saying that Adobe Flash Player 11.9 r900 has stopped working, and that data execution has shut down the program to protect my system.  This is very frustrating and any help would be more than appreciated. I've tried to uninstall and re-install the program, it works for a day or two but then the error starts to appear over and over again.
