Adobe Flash Player 21.0.0.213

On 4/7/2016 adobe flash player active X was updated to 5.09MB  21.0.0.213 on my windows 7 computer. Since that occurred my utube videos cannot play any sound.

Every thing else checks out on the computer. Do I need to revert to an earlier version of flash.
