How are you installing the MSIs (e.g. via deployment software or manually on the system itself, something else)?  Do you use the MSI file as provided by Adobe, or do you modify it in any way prior to using it?  If it's modified, what do you do?

Based on your screenshot you are trying to install 24.0.0.186 when 24.0.0.186 is already installed. Is this correct?

Please provide a verbose MSI install log file with additional debugging inabled (options v and x) as well as the FlashInstall.log file for the same installation attempt. The FlashInstall.log file is saved at C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash.  If this is a 64-bit OS there is another FlashInstall.log file saved at C:\Windows\Syswow64\Macromed\Flash.  Both files are required from a 64-bit OS.  Upload the verbose MSI install log file and the FlashInstall.log file(s) to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
