When I tap get adobe flash player on my iPad, I'm always getting, "We're sorry, This content requires Adobe Flash Player, which is not supported by your device.  This content can be viewed on a desktop or on mobile devices that support flash player."  What does that mean?  How do install the flash player on iPad.

Apple has disallowed third party plugins in Safari on iOS.  This means you won't be able to install Flash Player as a plugin.  However, Flash developers can still package their Flash content using Adobe AIR then distribute the applications via the App Store.
