Adobe flash player

I have try to install the lastest flashplayer I have uninstalled all old version try installing new verison many times in am running windows 7 it say it is installed I go into my control panel and see it but it does work everything  say in order to play video say I need to install adobe lastest flash player driving me crazy please help.
