adobe flash player

1) I cannot run sme videos on my computer the error is that I myst install flash player

2) I have installed FP three or four times, most recently tonight, and when I go to troubleshooting the first step says FP is not installed

3) I have gone through the troubleshooting and have enabled it, and complied woth the scripting and internet conditions

nothing works.

I am not happy.
