My copy of this program runs amuck quite often, so I deleted it from my computer. when i tried to download a new copy, it says "only one copy can be installed. Now I need help to get it out of my system so I can install a new copy. Please help me. I did get an email with a solution to the same problem for ACROBAT READER, is there a similar one for the Flash Player
