Adobe Flash Player

I am told by AFP that I have the latest upgrade yet I cannot access it nor will it open any docs. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the same and older versions, I have contacted adobe and they were of no help.

can anybody help me please?

    Hi francesc59919467,

    Not sure what you mean about not opening docs with Flash Player.  Flash Player is a browser plugin and only works in the browser.

    If you're having problems viewing Flash content in the browser, please provide the following information:

    • Your operating system & version
    • Your web browser(s) & version
    • Your Flash Player version
    • Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
    • A direct link to a page that demonstrates the problem
