I try to update flash player and it hangs up at 90%

OS X El Capitan 10,11,2, Safari 9.0.2, I hope that is what you are referring to.I am not a wiz at this, sorry it took so long for reply,I just figured out I had to sign in to reply.

Yes, that's the information I was requesting. I have an idea of what the error is, but to confirm I need to get some installation log files from you. Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? After reviewing the FAQ do the following:

Configure your system to obtain the install.log and FlashPlayerInstallationManager.log files
Run the installer again until it fails
When the installer fails, close out of the installer dialog window
Upload the install.log and FlashPlayerInstallManager.log files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document
Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply
