Where is the check abode flash icon to see if i is turned on or off? I have gone to the site that is recommended and look for something to see if adobe flash player is enabled and i can't find it. I am on an HP/Windows 7 laptop. This is the first time contacting you but not the first time trying to do this as i have tried about 4, 5 different times in the past and just got fed up and quit trying.
