I have two Flash Players listed in programs in my control panel. Shouldn't there only be one?

    That seems weird.  A screenshot and detailed information about the computer would be pretty useful.  Also, "when in doubt, reboot" is always good advice.  If the problem persists through a reboot, that's interesting information.

    If you have more than one for the same Flash Player type (e.g. ActiveX, NPAPI, or PPAPI), then there would be an issue.  If they are for different Flash Player types, then you're fine.
