Adobe Flash Player

Hi, I seem to be having similar problems with Adobe Flash Player and crashing.  It works, then slows then crashes.  Sometimes I get error messages but usually it just freezes my screen. Very frustrating having to load it up all the time.  Has anyone had any help or could give me some help regarding this?  Thanks
