have vista 64 bit, my computer automatically downloaded up grade now i am having problems and need older version back but cant seem to find to download

Hi,

What problems are you facing after you downloaded the upgrade? Do you receive any error when you try to use websites or software that require Flash Player?

You can also try to completely uninstall Flash Player from the control panel and download it from this link which contain the full installers: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/909550

Do let us know if the problem persists.

firefox keeps crashing and certain games will not load....

Hi,

Please navigate to the control panel and completely uninstall Adobe Flash Player.

Then use the link I have provided above to download the full installers for Flash Player and reinstall it.

Once you click on the link, you can select the Flash Player installer relevant to your operating system and browser.
