i have installed adobe flash player 11 many times because each time i want to use smething on my computer hat requires it ,i tells me it is NOT downloaded! why?

i've been having trpuble playing my games on facebook. i have the newest version of flash player installed on my computer but the games say i need to install it again. how many times do i have to install flash player before my games will work?
