A recent upgrade to Flash Player 11 has caused video issues when using Firefox on a Windows XP system. You Tube videos now display in duplicate as vertically stacked and horizontally stretched, separated by a horizontal green bar.  Help!

Green bar issues are usually video driver related.  Could you post the contents of your system's dxdiag report?  Also, try disabling hardware acceleration to see if that makes a difference.
