Adobe flash player

recently i haven't been able to play videos on facebook so i decided to uninstall all the adobe things in my control panel and in hopes of re downloading them again to see if it will work. Once i uninstalled it all i went to try to get the flash player again off the adobe web site but it keeps telling me this "Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe® Flash® Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available." What do i do? how do i get the flash player back and how do i get facebook working.
