Adobe Flash Player Addon missing

My organization had ask for a .msi for IE, so we could do a silent install of the Flash Player. with the .msi provided install by Adobe we could do the silent install on the clients, but the addon is missing on IE so we can't make the application work. The "default" .exe adds the addon on IE, so maybe something on the .msi?

Clients use windows 7 and IE 11

How exactly are you deploying the MSI to within your organization?

Please provide the FlashInstall log file(s), saved at the following location(s) from an impacted system:

    • 32-bit OS: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall32.log
    • 64-bit OS: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall64.log AND C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall32.log

Upload the file(s) to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud , or post the file(s) to a file sharing service of your choice that doesn't require user log on to access.  Post the link to the uploaded file(s) in your reply.

    Thank you.

How, exactly, does your organization deploy the Flash Player to the client?

What permissions to the end-users have?
