Hello, following is what I did and it solved my problem.

1. Go to www.adobe.com/software/flash/about  Adobe will tell you if you have

installed F.P. successfully and give you the version.

2. If you are using I.E., go to Tools>manage add ons, look for Shockwave Flash

Object, left click on it to hi-light it, go to the bottom right and you will see a

rectangle "Update Active X", click on this and wait until the update is finished.

3. Restart your computer

Then go to any sites that you may have been having trouble with.

This worked for me and some others on this forum. Hope it works for you.

Do you see any turing number in the link above or not?

maybe the problem is from the site..!!!

To answer your question, yes I did go to the site and did see turing numbers. Just wanted to let you know that Author BWolfe posted

a TECHNOTE ANNOUNCEMENT" on 9/4/09, please take a look at it, since it contains new information and a  updated link. It appears there

are two issues involved with the F.P. problems. Thanks.
