Adobe flash bloking my camera and mic. (Opera, Windows 8)!(( I have new version of adobe flash player. How can I change this?

    Most modern browsers require that any page accessing the camera and microphone must be served over HTTPS, including all resources loaded on the page and the endpoint the page transmits to.

     

    In the screenshot you're showing here, this is the browser greying out it's own settings.  It doesn't have anything to do with Flash, and it's probably for the reason above...
