Adobe Flash Player contradictory message

Have received this message. Just wondering what it is actually saying as it contradicts itself !

    No contradictions.  It's all part of a 3 year-long plan by browsers, operating systems and Adobe to permanently end Flash.

    Where exactly is the contradiction? The message is:

    • Support for Flash will end on December 31 2020.
    • Two weeks later (January 12 2021) Flash content will be blocked.
    • Don't use it? Uninstall.
    • Still use it? Update to the latest version.
