Adobe flash player crashes on Windows 10 & Firefox

I am using Windows 10 and Firefox to Stream video on SHOMI. The player works fine until I use close captions. After some time it crashes. If I remove the closed captions it works fine. I am hearing impaired so need the cc.

Thanks.

I apologize beforehand for answering on this thread, if I should have started another one. However, I have the very same problem, but using Windows 7. This is an ongoing issue; it began with the previously installed version of Adobe Flash Player. Every single time I stream with Closed Captions, the player crashes after a matter of minutes (less than five minutes).

I am using AFP 21 NPAPI.

Do you happen to have a link to a video that I can access, which demonstrates the problem?  I can't use the Shomi service, because they won't accept a US credit card.  I've emailed them to see if they would give me a test account, I never received a reply.

    HI Brian,

We'd really like to investigate this.  Is it possible to provide a link to a video that demonstrates the crash?  That's the quickest way for us to fix it.

    Thanks!

Thanks to both of you for your interest. Here is the link:shomi | A New Kind of Video Streaming Service. Interestingly I switched to IE and have not had any problem with closed captions. The Flash version is 21.0.0.197. Please let me know by email if you fix it or need more info.

    Hi Brian,

Can you please share details about the flash version - Flash Player Help‌ and the link or stream video you are trying to access.
