Adobe Flash player crashing on Windows 10 64bit / Mozilla Firefox

I am really furious with this crashing all the time. I have tried to correct it by Adobe's solutions but to no avail. I have now downloaded another edition of Firefox as recommended by Adobe and there is NO difference! If I could do without Adobe, I would!

    Are you using 64 bit version of firefox ? Please install 64 bit if you are currently on 32 bit firefox.
