Adobe Flash Player 'disabled'

Question

I have latest version of Flash;     I have latest version of Chrome for Windows 10;          I have read and tried everything in 'settings';               On one screen it states 'flash is already installed with latest version BUT, it is disabled';When I sign in to play online games I always get 'Adobe Flash is disabled' Or, 'Allow' which is good when I click.What else 'should' I do?Thanking you in advance

This is a browser issue, not Flash Player. Google disables Flash by default in Chrome forcing user's to enable it, on a per site basis. When the user closes the browser, Google deletes the Flash Player settings, forcing the user to allow Flash again on a site they had previously allowed Flash on.
