Adobe Flash Player Distribution License not received

I'm trying to download and deploy the Adobe Flash player msi's for my internal users. I have not received a confirmation email or any indication that my application we received or approved.

    For the sake of saving everyone on this thread future messages from other people adding on to it, I"m going to lock it.


    If you're experiencing a problem with getting a response, it's almost always that email from noreply@adobe.com is getting bounced or eaten by your spam filter, either locally, or at your network perimeter.  Also, we do not issue licenses to free email accounts (yahoo, gmail, etc.).   Emails are typically turned around in 1-2 days.  If you're still waiting after than that, we've probably sent an email that you did not receive.

    If you're not getting the response in your spam filter, and/or your friendly network support folks aren't able to retrieve it from their automatic spam filtering systems at the network edge, please start a new thread.  We'll do our best to help you out.

    I have the same problem. I have filled out the form several times for months but did not get any answer. My spam folder is empty. Today I tried to fill out the form another time, but the page  is not available. Could someone please help me? Thanks!

    Hi,

    The page was down for a short while due to some maintenance work.  Please private message me the Adobe ID/email address you used to apply for the distribution license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.  To send a private message, click on my user name link and then on the 'Message' button link.  For reference, include a link to this discussion topic.

    I have not received a license at all for adobe products. I know I applied for reader, flash , and air .

    I haven't received and email either after signing up. Can the link be sent to me as well? My staff is currently manually upgrading flash and it is a huge waste of time and money.

    I have the same issue. No reply whatsoever. Went through this process in 2015 with an immediate reply and no issues. This time I filled out and submitted the form; waited a week and have submitted it again.  Still no reply. I need the ability to distribute the most recent update to my end-user population ASAP.

    I have the same issue. I have filled out the form at least twice, once over a month ago and most recently about a week ago. I have not heard back. I work for a public school district and so we desperately need the distribution information to patch the Adobe applications on our workstations.
