Adobe Flash Player download page not working?

Question

When I go to the standard Adobe Flash Player update/download page ( https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ ) and click the "Install now" button, it simply goes to www.adobe.com. This behaviour is confirmed by hovering over the "Install now" button and noting that my browser shows the action/URL is "www.adobe.com". I have updated Flash player countless times before, it always takes me to this same page, but is has always worked fine in the past.

What's up? Is the Adobe site broken?

I am unable to reproduce on the following configs:

Windows 10 with Chrome
Windows 7 with Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Opera

Please try again. If it reproduces, you may want to try rebooting your system and clearing the browser history/cookies.
