Adobe Flash Player downloads, but doesn't show up anywhere on my computer. Help!

Please, since Adobe won't allow anyone to contact them for assistance even though they take our money monthly, I cannot find help. The problem I am having is I download adobe flash player and I get the dmg and the installer, go through the process and it all goes good, but then there is no adobe flash player to open. Please, can someone help me since adobe doesn't seem to want to? Thank you!
