Здравствуйте! Наша компания создает электронные учебные материалы для студентов. Для наших интерактивных продуктов используется Adobe Flash Player.

Кроме того, мы распространяем наши электронные учебные материалы в формате exe, который также включает в себя Adobe Flash Player. Интересно, будут ли наши электронные учебные материалы поддерживать систему Windows после того, как вы перестанете поддерживать Adobe Flash Player.

No they will not work as Adobe will stop distributing Flash Player and browser vendors will stop supporting Flash Player.

Adobe anounced Flash Player's end-of-life in July 2017 - https://theblog.adobe.com/adobe-flash-update/

All supported browser vendors made similar announcements.  Links to their announcments are included in Adobe's announcement.

Both Google and Mozilla have been transparent in publicizing their Flash road-map for their respective browsers:

If you require assistance migrating your project from Flash to a different technology platform, please contact Adobe's partner, Harman.  See https://services.harman.com/partners/adobe for more information

In addition, we distribute our exe-style electronic training materials, which also includes Adobe Flash Player.

This is something that would require a license from Adobe, which won't be available from Adobe post December 2020.

You have had 3 years to convert to a different technology. You can expect everything based on Flash Player to stop working; also you will probably not be permitted to distribute Flash Player after end of life.
