Hello,

according to https://www.adobe.com/it/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html question 4, it's clear that Adobe will remove by gen 2021 the set from the website. But if I have in my server the setup offline, can I continue to use it, for example in case of new PCs?

Will Adobe make previous versions of Adobe Flash Player available for download after 2020?

No. Adobe will be removing Flash Player download pages from its site and Flash-based content will be blocked from running in Adobe Flash Player after the EOL Date.
Adobe always recommends using the latest, supported and up-to-date software. Customers should not use Flash Player after the EOL Date since it will not be supported by Adobe.

Thanks in advance.

"can I continue to use it, for example in case of new PCs?" Are these all your own, personal, PCs that only you will use. If so, perhaps. If not, no, because Adobe will no longer issue a redistribution license that allows you to install it for other people. Mind you, it isn't too clear how much use it will be even if you install it, since support will be gone from all the major browsers. It isn't just Adobe closing this down.
