Is there an adobe flash player for iPads to play games online that require adobe flash player?

There is not, never has been, and never will be a Flash Player for iPad or iPhone, or ANY device Apple may come up with that runs iOS.
Apple recommends using SkyFire (free in the App Store) if you're viewing content that requires Flash Player.
