Adobe flash player install and use for Personalizing postage stamps

Question

I am trying to create custom postage stamps through stamps.com for which I need to download the adobe flash player. i have been having trouble downloading the adobe flash player despite making numerous attempts. can you please help!

Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome, and Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE (Windows 8.x and above) and Edge (Windows 10). If you're using one of the browsers, you most likely need to enable Flash in the browser:
