Adobe Flash Player install failure with Windows 7

Question

When i try to install Adobe Flash Player with Windows 7 it tells me it was a success BUT never shows up in my programs and I'm still getting Flash Player error messages on FB (my scrabble game is constantly freezing and then tells me plug-in won't load  arrgghhh.  can anyone help me?
