Adobe Flash Player Installation Failed "Click for Further Assistance" ??

Hello all. I am hoping someone can assist please.

I have latest macbook pro 15'' with retina and 1TB SSD drive.

All software is up to date and latest versions installed including IOS 10.11

Running SAFARI . 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 processor

Issue:-

I need to install Flash Player 64 bit for IOS

I have downloaded latest version from Adobe. Made sure no other version is already installed

Launched installer.

Installer commences to install and then stops about midway and says "ABODE FLASH PLAYER: Installation Failed, Click for further assistance.

I have followed the suggestions in "further assistance" and made sure that the settings are as suggested including enabling Safari etc.

I have tried to install with all browsers closed etc.

Still no joy.

Could anyone please suggest a solution or perhaps something I have missed?

I am semi literate, but by no means any sort of expert, so any assistance would be gratefully recieved
