Adobe Flash Player Installer 17_a

First, I'd make sure that you're getting the latest, authentic installer for Flash Player by navigating directly to our download site with the browser you want to use.

Go here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Once you've downloaded the installer, run it. 

If the installation fails, see the following:

If you haven't rebooted yet, that's a great place to start.  At minimum, it will eliminate a bunch of potential roadblocks for other steps.
