Adobe Flash Player Installer

Hi,

I have a Mac OS X, version 10.9.5.

I have had this file for a while:

'AdobeFlashPlayerInstaller_14_ltrosxd_aaa_aih.dmg'

Whenever I do a scan with Kaspersky, it says this is password protected. Other than this, no threats have been detected.

Is it safe? I would like to get rid of it if possible.

I have done the uninstallation of everything however it remains.

I really have no clue about computers, so I'm quite worried!
