Adobe flash player is not updating.

I am using mozilla browser and its flash player plug in is outdated,when i try to update its not responding

please help me .i dont know what is exactly causing .i am using linux OS.Also some options are not showing from my website [moderator: link removed - self-promoting your site or business is not allowed on these support forums] kindly take this at your attention.please..
