Adobe Flash Player issue

Adobe flash player was running fine, i then loaded another webpage and it said that i hadn't downloaded it yet, i do not have the permissions required to access my appdata folder or install new programs is there another way to fix this?

    In general though, if you've installed Flash Player successfully and verified that it worked, then the site is failing to correctly detect Flash.  There's a lot of bad Flash detection code on the web (like the time when we went from version 9 to 10, and half the web thought we were on version 1 because they were only looking at the first digit).  It's also a popular method for malware authors to get you to download fake Flash Player installs.

    Are you running any anti-tracking or ad-blocking plugins?  These will break a lot of the JavaScript running on the web, including Flash detection scripts.
