As always, the video troubleshooting guide is the best place to start.  In particular, try disabling hardware acceleration.

If that doesn't work, a couple Firefox crash reports would be useful.

In Firefox, go to about:crashes.

Click the first couple links to submit them (you can open them in a new tab, and Firefox will submit them in the background)

The names of the links will change to start with bp-something

Copy those names and paste them into a reply, and I'll take a look at them.

I hope you are using the latest flash player, you can verify this by opening the site Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions​ . If you are on the latest flash player and browser and still facing the issue. Kindly log a bug and attach the video clip that is causing the crash.
