Adobe Flash Player Menu

Please help... I am at my wits end.

I am attempting to view my granddaughter via her internet monitor through http://internetviewable.summerinfant.com.  I have downloaded, uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted and when I right click I do not get the menu for the settings and I need this in order to get the program to work correctly.

How do I get the menu?  I need to be able to get to settings for the video feed... is there any other way to get there?
