I am trying to complete an job application that requires me to complete video questions. The video wants me to install adobe flash player. Then is asking for payment. I was told it was free. I spoke to one of your advisors who explained it should not require payment. Does have anything to do with cookies ? Can you help?

Flash Player is a completely free product.   You may see an optional offering on the completion page, but it's optional and not required to install/run Flash.

Note that all major browser vendors block Flash by default.  If you've already installed Flash and are prompted to download again, it's most likely an issue with the content and the browser can't tell it require Flash to prompt you to allow/enable it.

See https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html for help enabling/allowing Flash in the various browsers.
