Adobe Flash Player not installing

I have been trying to update my adobe flash player for a couple days now and it keeps getting stuck at 90% every single time. I have uninstalled flash player, I have tried using different browsers, and I have tried using the offline version (but the only gets to like 14% for some reason and doesn't give me a reason). So now I don't even have it installed since I've uninstalled it at this point. I have also updated my mac to the newest update to see if that would make a difference too. But, nothing has worked and my connection is very fast so it has nothing to do with my internet either. I've looked for this everywhere and it says to just install a "clean version" but no matter what I do I can't find the Library that you need in finder.

Operating system version: OS X El Captain 10.11.6

Web browser version: Safari 10.0

Flash Player Version: None, since I uninstalled it trying to update the version

Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and provide all four installation logs for the same installation attempt. For some reason it didn't add anything to the install.log when it failed to install, so I just put in all the install logs from today since I have been trying for awhile. Also, don't understand what you want me to upload?

Legend

The FAQ lists 4 log files: install.log, FlashPlayerInstallManager.log, Adobe_ADM.log, and Adobe_GDE.log. You only provided one of the 4. Since the 4 files are quite long to post to the forums we request they be uploaded to cloud.acrobat.com/send.

Since nothing is being written to the install.log file the failure is happening before the step that writes to that log file. Please provide the other 3 files.
