Adobe flash player not loading on a paricular website. Using Windows 10

Please help - I have tried everything, the flash player itself is working but will not display on a particular website. It loads for several moments and then displays blank page. Chrome & Adobe are up-to-date. I have also tried using other browsers to see if Chrome was the problem - same thing happens. I have Googled help and tried many suggestions, none have worked.

I tried accessing the website from a different computer where the pages displays properly. When I right-clicked on this it says 'FSI Servier & Viewer'. Not sure if this has anything to do with it?
