Adobe Flash Player not Running

Question

Hi, I have a Chromebook Hisense C11 which I was informed that I should have Flash Player pre-downloaded and automatically updated but I get the message in the image included with this post. Can anyone please advise?

Hi,Flash Player is indeed pre-installed, however, Google disables it by default. Please see Google's Adobe Flash isn't working - Google Chrome Help support document for assistance.<edit>What happens when you click on the 'Click here to download and install' link?--Maria
