Adobe Flash player not updating

Hello                   

My chrome is always saying that Adobe FP is too old and asking me to "run this time" I have tried updating it but on web it says I have already the latest version which I guess is not true,,
Help would be appreciated ❤️ !

    Chrome has its own version of flash player built in and you will never need to go to any website, download any flash file , etc to update it period.

    Check here:

    chrome://components/

    look under pepper flash and make sure it is up to date it should say new pepper_flash - Version: 22.0.0.200

    and

    chrome://plugins/

    make sure it is enabled

    if all else fails report back here. There are a few other tricks

    I have tried going to chrome://components/ but it says web page not available..
