    Hi,

What Windows 10 build do you have?  Go to System > About and scroll down. What is the "Edition", “Version” and “OS Build”?

Can you please post a screenshot of the system information output?

    Thank you.

Using Microsoft Edge and Windows 10 Home edition 2015, this page Flash Player Help

responds to Flash Player Test that Flash Player is pre-installed with Microsoft Edge in Windows 10.

However, it reports that Flash Player is disabled, while checking Advanced Settings repeatedly

shows that Use Flash Player is On.

With the information that Flash Player is pre-installed there is no option to download Flash Player.

An application Virtual Account Numbers downloaded from Citicards, which worked OK until last week,

now displays this message when launched: This content requires the Adobe Flash Player. [with link]     "Get Flash" which then produces an error message.

This application requires Adobe Flash Player 11.2 (or later version?)
