Adobe Flash Player not working!

I can't get videos to play on xfinity.com or aetv.com. I have the latest Adobe flash player installed on my Windows 10 computer and I've uninstalled it cleaned my registry with CCleaner and reinstalled it. I've also tried to play videos from those websites in different web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Opera to no avail.

Here is a picture of what I keep on getting in xfinity.

With aetv.com here is what shows up.

I am not able to reproduce the behaviour reported on tv.xfinity.com nor aetv.com.  When videos are in Flash the content displays (I noticed some video is not Flash).

If you haven't done so yet, please ensure Flash Player is enabled in the browser:

      1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/content
      2. Look for the Flash entry
      3. Either
        1. select Allow sites to run Flash which should enable Flash on all sites
        2. or select Manage exceptions... and manage Flash on a per-site basis by entering the individual site domain name and setting the entry to Allow.  Click Done when finished entering the individual sites.
      4. Click Done
      5. Relaunch Chrome

Hmm... I don't play from either of those sites, but I can play Netflix on my computer with Win10 and IE 11 (note that Internet Explorer and Edge are BOTH locked by Microsoft, so the user may not update Flash in those browsers, that is restricted to Microsoft)

Maybe it's on their end but last month I had no problem playing video on those sites before.
