Adobe Flash Player offline (standalone) installer

Question

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can direct me to the location of standalone installers that I could use for a network with no outside connectivity?  I am currently using 28.0.0.137 and am looking for at least 28.0.0.161.  I have been having a lot of trouble locating the most up to date version of flash player to accomplish this and the last "offline" installer I obtained from searching through the site still required an outside connection to obtain the necessary files.  Thanks in advance to anyone who can assist me with this!

Sounds like you're distributing Flash Player within your organization. If so, you'll need a distribution license (free for the vast majority of use cases). More information at Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe .
