Adobe Flash Player Problem - Windows 10 / Firefox

I can't start a thread so I guess I'll glom on to the back of this.  A camtasia video needs to have flash to play and I've uninstalled and reinstalled flash several times

    I branched your post to a new topic.  Based on your screenshot, Flash Player for Firefox is installed and enabled.  This could be a content issue, or Firefox blocking the domain the video is on (they, like other browsers, are blocking Flash by default).  See Plugins | MDN for assistane.  Can you post the link to the content?
