adobe flash player problem with IE 7 (flickering or Blinking)

Hello!

I have really anoying problem that bothers me about 2 days..so the problem is when im watching pages ex ( youtube, slo-tech..,) that includes flash.  When i looking pages or whatching videos the page and texts or picture starts flickering or blinking also when i move mouse up and down or when i scroll it's horible and anoying. before i didn't have that problem and i have the latest adobe flash player.

sorry for mine bad english 😃 i hope u understand what i mean it

my specs are:

Intel Pentium core duo e8500 3,2ghz

4gb Patriot viper 800mhz

Windows Xp service pack 3

    Thanks for the links(screenshots) JLavius. You said you don't have any Toolbars like Google, but you have a Google Add on "Google Update Plugin, Google, Inc. , npGoog..."

    What I suggest that you do is to go to Manage Add ons and DISABLE every Add on EXCEPT the following:

    Shockwave Flash Object -Flash10c.ocx, Shockwave ActiveX Control-SWDir.dll, and the Java Add ons.

    After you do that, Reboot(Restart) your computer and then go to the sites you were having problems with. See if you have improvement.

    Hello JLavius, Sorry you are having problems. Your English is fine, don't worry. There is some more information that I need so I can help you.

    Please list all of the Add ons you have in Manage Add Ons and if they are Enabled or Disabled.

    Are you using any Toolbars such as Google or Yahoo?

    Also what language is better, Spanish, or? I may be able to translate or at least try. Let me know.
