Adobe Flash Player quit working.

Anyone have any idea why Adobe Flash Player suddenly quit working on I.E., Bing, and Google ! Active X is off, Flash Players IN programs (latest edition) , but I still keep getting, "You need Adobe Flash Player to watch this video. Download it from Adobe." on everything except Firefox/Yahoo.

It previously worked on everything on my HP Desktop/Windows 7, it does on both my laptops running Win. 7, but just refuses on desktop !
